Miss Indiana Lydia Tremaine: Finding your voice through unapologetic authenticity

This episode features Miss Indiana Lydia Tremaine, a small-town girl from Indiana who once thought she would ever do a pageant. Not only did she grow up and become Miss Indiana, but she landed in the Top 15 at the Miss America competition and won a coveted Preliminary Talent Award for her rendition of "That's Life" by Frank Sinatra. 

Lydia is a powerhouse singer, an advocate for the arts, an advocate for authenticity and body positivity, an incredible representative for the state of Indiana, and she is one of Caroline's close personal friends. This episode features a conversation about self-acceptance, finding yourself through self-expression, defying stereotypes, the importance of the performing arts, and so much more!
